The company was founded in Kiev in 2001 and renamed and restructured in 2005. The majority of the owners are
Western European investors together with a reliable and highly professional
investor from Ukraine. This investor combination ensures that our service
levels remain consistently high according to Western European quality standards
and secures a professional and reliable Ukrainian administration and partnership.
Our team of project managers, web and software professionals with many years of
American and European market experience are focused on delivering high quality
services while leveraging offshore innovations to allow your company to stay
competitive in today’s marketplace.
Due to the "project nature" of our operations we continually keep available a
