Step 1: Project Planning
- Identify the scope of development work
- Functional and technical description
- Offer and time schedule to client
Step 2: Setup Staff / Infrastructure
- Project Staffing – At client and Novades team
- Set up the communication infrastructure (Intenet connection, vpn, live chat services, email, phone)
- Test the link between the customer and Novades
- Setup logins, access credentials if required
Step 3: Establish Rules of Engagement
- Identify the development process
- Team structure - communication flow
- Roles and responsibilities – at clients site and Novades
- Development / Quality standards description
- Time schedule and definition of mile stones
- Object Signoff and issue resolution process
- Service level agreement - turnaround time, escalation process, development timeframe
Step 4: Execution
- Start development
- Follow the rules of engagement
- Status and time reporting
Step 5: Close the Loop
- Quality assurance on the deliverables
- Acceptance testing on client's site
- Project management review
- Continuous refinement to the process
